it should move well on that surface, mie works best on carpet (don't know why) just put rubber on it's feet, it will help on hadfloor but not negatively effect the robot on carpet.

the raptor sure has a helluva long response time for making decisions. and its walking is 1: slow, and 2: completely unrealistic. its more shuffling than walking. dumb video, IMHO. totally no point. was hoping for something actually entertaining.

Yeah, seriously! These robo things don't react unless the sound is extremely distinct. It takes them forever to do anything because they're so god damn slow. I don't understand why these toys were even commisioned. My little brother got the robosapien for christmas and all it can do is pick up a very light-weight cup.
