For some reason this reminds me of the Garr Corner Oklahoma tornado in a video which is titled "Tornado-Garr Corner Oklahoma". It gets pretty sizeable and then disappears. And both did no destruction to property. They even seem to have about the same life span.

Holy Crow. For the record, it was a tornado. Spouts form due to differences in water and air tempature. Tornado's form in Mesocyclone storms which this was.
