What a smug, conceited windbag full of bullshit. Cicero, really? Banks/Credit Card cos. use all kinds of underhanded means to charge "fees" for anything from simple errors to holding deposits for days, while expediting charges, racking up multiple overage fees to line their silk pockets. (Of course, in the (mean) spirit of this bozo, consumers are to blame when they allow the banks to do this; I learned the hard way to opt out of that scam, and instead waiting 'til the check clears.

Well IF companies weren't constantly trying to *uck us (the consumer) we wouldn't need more supervision. Do we need more than the recent financial meltdowns caused by greed and THE LACK of over-site to see that if companies won't regulate themselves...then we need to bring in "the baby-sitters".
