Thanks EMTRUE — glad you enjoyed it! I know this project's pretty 'niche' interest, but it's been astonishing fun to work with these guys. And thanks for the headsup about the video-link — I will amend! ;8)
Thanks a2zdiy! You getting your studio up and working anytime soon you think? I certainly plan on doing some more jamming — I'm already doing some privately now off YouTube with friends.
Yes-ish on the studio - I've got hardware (E0MU USB2) & software (Cubase LE) working - Now I just have to learn Cubase - I'm getting there.
Please check out my post this evening,

Let me know if you'd like to try working on something with me. I am certainly not on a talent or skill level w/ you or bC2, but I love to try my best, and I always have fun playing!
I think you do yourself an injustice — your groove with BC2 was inspired. I'd be delighted to work with you on something when you get up and running. I'm already talking to offline friends about doing a jam project with just the human body for instruments: humming, whistling, slapping, etc — and maybe some sampling of those sounds allowed. The jam concept just has such great creative potential!
Thank you again, and, OOh ooh ooh! Can I get in on the "body parts" jam?
The studio will be a gradual budget-based progression, but I have the ability to do (decent quality) audio recording. I have to get the MIDI side of things together, and that will take a while, but audio-wise, I'm good to go.
I'm thrilled that this video jam idea is "taking wing."
I will ask the body part participants — one says that would be fine. We're not going to do a video with it, and no plans to upload it piece by piece, though one of us might end up uploading the finished thing. We're using the same method me and BC2 have been using: emailing each other the clean stereo audio tracks to cut out feedback.
In the meantime, if you'd like to start a first track for the YT jam with me, let's see where this thing goes!
So many interesting things going on in this piece, and put together with such a wonderful sense of design. I could listen to this kind of music for hours.
Thank you Qualia! ;8) I look forward to jamming with YOU sometime! I've even jammed with Rob today, who's produced a sneaky Lalo-Schifrin number in garageband! xx
Thanks Capergirl! ;8) I reckoned this would be quite a 'niche' project for the 'muso's among us, but gotta say it's one of my all time favourite projects to work on — on and off the site. Hope all is well with you!
Hey Luke ;8) Nice to see you — I've been away for many months because of a personal crisis, but I hope you have been and are well. Very best to you for 2009.
Thanks Jason — it's gone in a very unexpected floaty direction hasn't it, inspired by BC2's reply — after quite a stark first round from me. I love the tangential potential to this video jam concept.
I'm speechless!!! And I had to watch it a second time immediately! So brilliant Theramin!! I was of course expecting this to be very good but I'm amazed at just how great this is!!! You never stop amazing me! I'm going to get back to watching it now..
Hey BC2! Oh I feel like all of the excitement I had about this before we started has been more than justified — it's taken me into completely new places, and been really stretching, working in this style — and at this pace! Looking forward to your musical reply! xx
Thanks momoftwo ;8) I don't want it to end, although I'm also aware we've added quite a lot of instruments even after just three rounds — but there's always the option of ripping stuff out and refining/changing direction .... Hope you're well and enjoying the new year!
Thanks Joe! This project's been immensely stimulating and energising — and really turned me on to music again. Of course it's great to be in such capable hands as BC2 — he has an incredible instinct for unchartered harmonies, doesn't he?
That was lovely!
Thank you : )

This is an amazing collaboration! Fascinating!!
Sorry, but I couldn't get the link for the first video-jam between a2zdiy and BCurious2 to work.

It's just the link to the right of the video that wouldn't work. So I just followed the links below the vid.

*TheraminTrees* "Never been able to get nipple tassles to go in both directions at the same time ...."
I think you need to be sporting a C cup or more to make that work.
I'd be down for doing the research and compiling some data...

Just keep repeating those fateful words whilst whizzing those tassles: "I must, I must, improve my..."
I'd recommend the elderberry... %-)

To say that I had no idea where this video jam thing might go has become rather an absurd understatement.
Thank you and bC2 both for elevating this to a truly awe-inspiring level of achievement and artistry.
I can't wait to hear what's next.
I also am eager to hear of others trying their hand(s) at this.
I'm hoping other variants may arise as well; perhaps a project involving more than 2 musicians?
Jam on friends!
