It's not this track, it's the whole "big room" trance style that's embarrassing and you COULD find this music in the 80's except back then it was called Gay Hi NRG. I have no problem with queer culture or music but this schmaltzy crap, with all it's predictable breakdowns and build-ups and synthy dream-scapes is hardly "above and beyond" anything the early 90's hadn't already done better.
