...again... if your driving an Ford F-650 proloader... and will need to climb an incline... or a regular hill... or the 241... to the toll roads... then WATCH the engine temperature rise and rise... so... remember to turn on the heater... and to the hotest level... and turn on the fans to maximum... and you will need the little vents to be blowing away from you... and out side... so... open the little side window flaps... and both windows... and have the hot air escape and to cool the engine!!!

...and I watched the temp. gauge... and it kept climbing and climbing(the heat level) ...and even going down hill was the same... because the tow truck had an automatic transmission... and even late at night... with the temp. at fifty(50) degrees Fahrenheit... going up hill was still scary... and it was a diesel engine... and I would wash the radiator on the outside... and properly air-up the tires and did everything... yet the F-650 Proloader would OVERHEAT... so watch the engine temperature!

"nothing can stop this truck" ...sorry... you are WRONG... the heat... and an incline grade... that is what will stop this truck... because I drove a Ford F-650 flatbed tow truck... and on the 241 highway... just South of the 91... near Irvine California... and that peace of shit garbage was in good condition... yet going up hill... and unloaded... was dangerous for the engine... and for me... because I had to turn on the heater and on to the maximum level... and open the windows...

When I lived in alaska I heard of the logging there where you are and have always wanted to come work there. What is URAL? Same as SWEET?

@19820482 Just to let you know, Russian roads are very well known for the fact that they do exist beyond city limits. And if you would have spend some time in Russian villages you would not say what you have. It's bad enough getting to villages and you are talking about paved roads in the middle of nowhere... you got to be kidding. Think of winter in USA what happens after snow fall? Potholes all over the place right? Now think of those potholes on a greater scale and you get Russian roads.

@19820482 The reason for that is that Russian winters and snow fall is a lot more extensive, and government spends fortune to keep roads in somewhat good order. So for the Siberian region of Russia it is better to build decent off road machine than blowing millions in to the wind by repairing what will be destroyed within weeks. Also answers question why Russian vehicles are so called primitive to today's standards. Reliability in harsh conditions. Put it on US highway it will drive forever.
