However... Can I do this with garageband voice over function rather than installing new app? since my mac often get crazy and acting weird every time I installed a new app...

@thegreatMSG Yes. Set it up for pod-casting and go to preferences -> audio then choose "Built-in" for both input and output. OK everything and then hit Rec and play what ever you want. I just tried it for the first time and it worked for me, but there mite be problems I don't know about. Tell me if it works well for you or not.
