Try that bird with a mini chedder, it will move quicker than anything else you can offer it. Mine loves white bread, and it will try out just about anything I'm eating. Tonight it had a taste of a grain from a speacial fried rice, it didn't like it, dont think it liked the greasy tea.

ahhh bless he looks just like my cockatiel eric. he will be 21 in april & he still acts like a 6 month old chick. i was 4 when i got him, im 24 now & still got him lol

Gosh that is amazing. We found a stray cockatiel just over 3 years ago in a carpark. Had no idea of course how old he was although he would always behave like a young bird. He died after a short and sudden illness 4 days ago and we miss him so much so lord knows how attached you are after 21 years!!!

That's awsome! I also think I know what that roll of tissue paper is all about. Good idea! Try recording the whole whistle on CD or tape and put it by his cage before you go out.
