  • Bi-be-dy-ba-be-dy

    Got it!

  • cool socks man XD

  • Nice work here.

  • thumps up if your holding your computer mouse

  • Although this is a beginner lesson, at advanced levels this is like the ESSENCE of gospel chops. LEARN YOUR RUDIMENTS WHEN YOU ARE BEGINNING DRUMS, they're ridiculously helpful at higher-level drum set playing. If you want to know what I mean, just take Tony Royster Jr as an example. Learn them and practice them like crazy! It sounds like a pain but take my word for it =]

  • how do you tune your drums

  • nice simple straight forward tutorial vid...good job

  • Fills at 2:30 reminds me HurdyGurdyMan from Zodiac Movie:|....great song..

  • Finally an easy video to learn some basic fills from!

  • for triplets i like to count them as 1-trip-let 2-trip-let and so on.

  • I like the way he demonstrates each fill slowly and then plays it immediately afterwards, for me this is the easiest way for me to learn.

  • Hey bro what type of cymbals do you use.

  • 1st fill is most interesting...

  • very helpful

  • I've been taking drum lessons for 2 and a half years, but my teacher never showed my how to put fills into songs. When I saw you starting off with para-diddles, I was thinking "I already know this." Then when I saw you put it in the beat I was like 0_o I wanna try that right now.

  • @godzillalikespie change teacher, quickly :)

  • @TheSupertendi well he is a really good teacher, he just seems to teach fills and beats separately. But I'm sure if I just asked him he would help me out.

  • @godzillalikespie i was just joking, i think after 2yr and half, you will recognize if is good or not!anyway i love this video

  • great video. i took me a while to figure out you played it from 2ea to 4ea instead of 1 to 4ea. stupid me. thx

  • Very helpful, thanks!

  • loosen up a bit,

A better triplet to practice and perfect is the RLK, alternating LRK to get your left up to speed (if you lead with the RH) - my 2c

  • First one was best, IMHO (:

  • Nothing annoys me more than seeing stiff drummers play boring fills, this is great!

  • @allmetaliswelcome u do lol

  • Who taught u to play traditional ??? And tose Tom need some work but good lessons

  • the drums wont break hit them harder

  • @stoogebrothers he doesnt have to if he doesnt want to

  • 1-is-a??? i thought you counted it 1-trip-let

  • @allmetaliswelcome it's the same fucking thing jesus.

  • Can we get some lessons on proper tuning lol? Dont mean to be a jerk but those toms and kick sound bad..tuned way too high
