Not to take anything away from Skip or Speedy, but when the Soul in the Hole documentary started they were originally following both skip and boogs and decided to stick with just boogs because he was the legitimate legend at the time.  Lets not forget that skip has never won a rucker chip either. I do think that Skip is legit but his passing is light years behind boogs and his ability to get to the hole is behind as well.

thank god the kid booger is alive! his handles, passing, and shooting is just amazing. I think that skip is a legend, but more like a downgraded version of booger. It sucks that booger doesn't get a penny from soul in the hole. that's pretty fucked up.

Boogs would destroy hot sauce! not even close to comparable. ask half man/half amazing,escalade,skip and a few other of the and 1 dudes. theyll tell you from 1st hand testimony,boogs would give any point guard with a so called name serious and severe problems,period, and worse,he got pockets too,meaning the other guards werent going to get off on him. pearl washington himself said boogs was the best ball handler hes seen come out of new york. thats alot,real ballers know
