theres no effin way, the guy in the s550 isnt even trying, I know alot about cars and this is some BS, the MB is pushing close to 400 hp V8.

I know it doesn't seem like the MB was trying because the car is so quiet and smooth. After all things considered, both cars probably have similar power to weight ratios. The MB weighs over 2 tons while the civic weighs a little over 1 ton.

Yeah luxury cars like BMW MB Lincoln and Cadillacs are quiet cars while driving but when you slam on the pedal you know it. My grandmother has a town car and you can hear the power when you need it.

@thayerdh A supercharged K20 is making at least 250 hp and that coupe probably weighs 2200 lbs vs 380 hp in a car that weighs twice as much. The 550 aint that fast. Edmunds got it to do 13.9 @ 101 mph. A fox body Mustang with a few minor bolt-ons can beat that.
