  • Congratulations to the kids in this video for being proactive and motivated to get treatment, especially the first boy featured--it looks like he's doing great!

  • I have already suffered 2 heart attack & have what my phsyican calls dangerously high triglycerides & LDL, and i was told that if i do not get these levels under control i will have another. This did frighten me and i knew i needed to do something to reverse this damage. I knew plant sterols were powerful so i tried Sterolyn, and i'm very proud to say that my triglycerides have gone from 512 all the way down to 155. LDL count down from 240 to 132. Great product.

  • Children need to look at themselves and realize there's no such thing as elderly obesity for a reason and do what's best for their health.

  • niggers love their junk food...they love macdonalds..go into a nigger neighborhood...not where michelle obama lives..i mean them urban nigger neighborhoods..the women all are fat..the kids are fat...all obese from eating shitty fast food..their lazy..you think they take the time to live a healthy life style..these are ignorant people...who have no self respect and no respect for other people...fuck u fat niggers...

  • there's fat trailer trash too.. don't turn this into a race issue, moron

    lol @ fat americans

  • Like I am big on the fiber wagon. I eat a very high amounts of fiber and it's changed my life... more energy, less stomache cramping in the morning, and it's helped me shed some weight as well.

However, i know if i put some of my buddies on a high fiber diet they would not be as excited as me. Think the best step for someone really struggling with weight is see a nutrionist, find out what foods are effecting your life, eating well will set a good stage for being more active and satisfied

  • i think our diets are one of the most important factors in how we think, feel, and act on a daily basis, but the solutions are not the same for everyone. Sure eating right and excersizing is crucial, but habits and selection of food is different for different people. I think there is no one solution to the issue b/c people are very different when it comes to what foods they can eat and how the food effects them.

  • This is a great start for the public health sector to educate folks about nutrition. People think that bread, rice, cereal and pasta are good choices because they come from plants. They contain almost no nutrition, that is why they are fortified and they are calorically dense. Not only that, they have a high glycemic index, which spikes the blood glucose level and the body stores excess glucose as fat.

  • it's the parents responsibility...if a kid wants to stuff themself with food he/she will

  • Stop eating sooo much.
