e4360 isnt illegal, its a good thing, and its also very stupid. Yes, you have to pay 40 bucks or whatever for a membership, but it is almost worth it. Its not easy to find a 100% copy of a 360 game, and thats the service the site provides. although it does claim to be a little more than that. until you can find a website that can provide complete copies of a game, legal or not, dont call it a scam.
