Gmod wire tutorial for hologram

Hey just wondering about when you spawn a prop how you have that greeny/blue effect while it's being created, is that an addon or something? most of the gmod tutorials have that spawn effect and i was just wondering how to get it because when i spawn something it doesnt do that effect...

well after the wire update this is not working cause you can't choose color to the holoemitter...now only with e2:(
