I love this masterpiece, but what no one is likely to disclose on this lovely tour when standing in front of "Raphaels" great work, is that many art historians believe the stunning maiden in the lower right hand corner on her knees, pointing to a boy that Christ has cured while ascending, was modeled by none other then Gulia Farnese, thought to have been at one time the 15yr old mistress of Pope Alexander VI née "Rodrigo Borgia"!
