Meg Whitman and Jerry Brown should have debated all the candidates on the ballot for California governor. Establishment candidates who uphold exclusionary debates that shut out candidates who don't belong to the ruling two-party cartel do not deserve anyone's votes. They are an insult to the voters and to democracy.
