  • Really, REALLY awesome scene but one criticism is that at 1:59 you didn't stick fake blood in and it was quite clearly spit, otherwise just awesome

can u plz make video on how to teach (us) noobiez to start out are own little fight scene :]

  • @TKDJeffrey Very impressive

  • cool nice flow in the editing! :)

  • this is great movie you did i love it but can you tell me the name of that awsome song :)

  • you guys have the best fight scenes...of all time!!!

  • Pretty good, you broke the 180° Rule though, at 0:52

  • @olafur333 "180 rule" is more of a guide line. Hollywood is always breaking 180 in their action scenes.

  • @TKDJeffrey I know, but in case a hypothetical filmmaker doesn't know about such guide lines as you call them, I just point them out. The 180 rule though is an important guideline for making a film, "breaking" it isn't important, hell, I've broken it several times, but not following it completely would make said film confusing to look at...

  • @TKDJeffrey i got to get this camera and its not that expensive

  • @TKDJeffrey Is any of them you? Are these guys trained martial artists or have been just learning for the film?

  • @olafur333 Please explain to me what you mean by 180 rule.

  • @Pulkadrage Well, it's mostly just required to follow said "rule" with scenes with dialogue, for example if two people are talking in front of each other, the camera has to be placed within a certain line, and anywhere on either side of that line. Look it up, you can probably find a better explanation.

  • much bether than our film ti lung zai tan quan te schou lao

  • dude..this production is very cool....

  • full hd 24fps / 720 60fps?

  • nicee video man! check out my carnage action film too!

  • pretty epic! how long did it take you to shoot this?

  • this is great! Amazing fight choreography and amazing editing! nicely done!

  • the quality is not that good?

  • this was epic!!!!

  • Congrats , superbe acting , honestly!!!>.

I have to say:) very bad settings/filming; this is what takes away from the movie...

    Use manual exposure next time;)

  • This is one of my favourite stunt fight scenes on You Tube...though on occasion you should allow yourself to thrash Corey good and proper. ;) LOL

  • my question is.. why they are fighting and who is good and who is evil? :D

  • At 2:09 the one guy is all like, "TIGER UPPERCUT!!"

  • omg he's link!

  • NIce job. Get a better makeup artist though :)

  • OMG EPIC!!!!!!! I'm SOOOO SUBBING!

  • Great fight scene

  • I have cs3 and a rebel t2i and i cant figure out how in the hell to bring footage from my cam or the card without it being all choppy and not HD quality. Can u please give me tips or sumthing on how to get that stuff on my comp when i film it. Thanks

  • Now...that is epic!

  • Why did the quality get so bad at 2:10 ?

  • How long have you been training?

  • great video.i have a question.i make music and i was thinking about doing a music video with a major fighting scene in it.i was wondering if you guys were interested.im willing to pay.please let me know..thanks

  • this is pretty good. my only advise is during the running scenes it would be better if the camer stayed literally 2 feet away from him as he ran... above the knee and below the waste so we get that feel like we're running with him... with it being so far back it looks almost like a home video camera watching someone running... maybe it was the lighting too... but overall I give it a 6. 10 being the quality of an independent film.

  • what do you mean by finding a better decoder?

  • how did you get the awesome punching sound effects, ive been trying to find and make them sound just like that and I cant do it

  • @GamersUnite543 I got them from place called The Stunt People Forums. Go to "The Stunt People.com" look in their forums and under the filmmaking section are some great sound effects.

  • @TKDJeffrey thanks alot :D

  • Dude this is amazing!

  • Whats a decoder? And basically it only took 3 people to complete this project?

  • EPIC! TOTALY EPIC! I LOVE THIS! WELL PUT TOGETHER! YOU GUYS ARE BAD ASS!

  • Niiiice, i liked this one a lot more.

  • How did you get rid of rolling shutter?

  • You guys do awesome work!!

  • wow that was sickk!!! killer choreo! where do u get the sound fx for the punching/kicking hits? can u send me a link for them? thanks :)

  • Another great video!

What about the sounds? For example you saying "Hay, Hay, Hay" as you attack: did you recorded that with an external mic, or did you did that in postproduction?

  • where do u find that kind of music and how do you make blood like that, i cant find an ingredient that doesnt look fake

  • @sk8boardn101 I bought this blood from a store. I've done fake blood before but it's really hard to get it to come out right.

  • @TKDJeffrey awesome, where can i look to get music like that?

  • Did you have a lot of problems editing in cs3 "out of memory". I've been doing some stuff with CS3 and my 7d and it's killing me. My machine is a beast but CS3 just can't handle it. I'm bringing the .mov files straight in without decoding them first do you think this is the problem?

  • @cputampa

Yeah, I have CS3 as well and the files that come off of the T2i are just to much for an older software like CS3 to handle. I used a program called Cinefrom, it converts the files to a VERY editing friendly fromat. Only bumer, it's about $120.

  • @TKDJeffrey With the cineform do you still get the "out of memory" errors or does this correct them 100%? I will buy it if I know it is the fix.

  • @cputampa

I would put to about 90%. It also makes editing SOOOOO much better!

  • @TKDJeffrey can Cineform color correct

  • Wow!!!!!!! You guys are Extremely good! It was captivating and it sucked when the video ended! I loved it! Very good sound, camera work and directing! Awsum work guys! Keep doing what you're doing! You are gonna make it FAR!!!

  • Amazing. Truly amazing. Might I ask though, how did you create the blood?

  • This was great but this is the second time I've seen Jeff have is Ass handed to him. PRACTISE MORE MAN whats up with you?

  • Dude, is that a VidPro Vid200 camera bag?

  • that was great i have t2i too about film a music video

  • A brilliantly dynamic fight scene. I think Corey could be the next David Caradine..

  • i think i speak for everyone when i say that fight was WAAAY MORE EPIC than i could have imagined. Great job guys. Sorry for sleeping on your talent. But can you blame me, these days the vid may say Epic Fight but then be about cats lol.

  • WOW! i was about to think to myself "what dorks" until you guys started fighting. i guess im the dork. that was epic and i enjoyed it very, very much. thanks man. that was epic.

  • realy realy realy realy good !! may i ask who coordinated the fight scene it was realy nice and balievable

  • @daylyts2009 That would be myself (Jeffrey Griffith) :)

  • Dude this is one of the best short action fighting scene i have seen! II also have this camera, i love it!

  • Good stuff guys :D really nice to see more indie action films being made on the T2I. this camera is sick huh? :D we make similar videos on our channel. check em out if you have time! peace!

  • @hybridmovement For sure it is!!! I actually checked out your videos when I was trying to figure out wether to get this camera or not :)

  • that was really cool man. Good work.

  • I'm not gonna lie man, that was pretty badass.

  • Nicely Done!!! 2 thumbs up.

  • Awesome.

  • i am also using a rebel t2i!

  • amazing dude, im filming one tmaro, song please?

  • @SmpleFilms The first was Aqua Vitae by Future World Music, and during the credits I was using the first bit of Unstoppable by E.S. Posthumus.

  • This was shot very well and great fighting moves!

  • I think you should be the Fight Choreographer for Mortal Kombat Rebirth x] Your awesome!

  • @DualityPictures Oh, theres much better people out there then me....for sure.....

    But i'm honored anyways. :)

  • The evolution of Jeffrey Griffith!

  • Lol I never thought I would be a cameo XD

  • I figured it out it's the 7D I wanted, it's more expensive though!

  • very well done my friend!!!!

  • Great job Jeffrey! Does this camera do 60p? I liked the slow mo.

By the way, were you using any camera stabilization equipment? The walking and moving shots looked pretty smooth.

Look forward to more stuff from you.

  • @8Trigramz He built some himself, And I did the cinema-photography

  • @8Trigramz Yes sir. It dose have 60 fps but not at its max setting. The 60 fps is only with 720p but it still work well with the 1080p footage.

I did the opeing shot with a tripod on the bottom of the camera, and the swinging shot of Corey as well. Anthony Wilder (AKA Wildfilms) did all the rest.

  • @8Trigramz So all the rest was just handheld? What about the low shot at 1.18? It looked like a dolly move.

  • @8Trigramz oh, I forgot about the track rig I've built. I used a PBC slider for that shot. I also filmed all the shots where it's only Corey, if I wasen't in shot I was holding the camera.....I'm a screen and camera hog..lol

  • awesome fight. great kicks by jeffrey and good fast handwork. nice use of slow mo too.
