  • Thanks for showing this. In the beginning I practiced Japa Yoga using the thumb and the 3rd finger, except that I used the top of the 3rd finger. After some time my middle finger was hurting, so I switched to the index finger. (sometimes the mala also dropped)

    Now I see that the middle part of the middle finger can be used. I'm going to switch back to the middle finger and use your technique.
