There is a "Final Fix.Skulptura" file that you can download, Copy and Paste 'Data' and 'Setup-' into the main game directory. That should fix it. :)

the fallout 3 launcher thing then install and it should work. i hope this has helped in any way possible. NOTE: ALL THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU USED UTORRENT TO DOWNLOAD!!!!

i now what happned if you have utorrent and if you used that i know what the problem is you might have had some other installer thing setup.exe at the time of the download and got asked do you want to move and replace. right? well if it did ask that then you must have hit no and so that didnt install the setup.exe for fallout 3. here is what you do: go back and download it again. if it asks if you want to replace setup.exe or something ordinary to it hit YES!! then just put the setup.exe in with

just drag and  drop the launcher onto the fallout 3.exe application

Just go to your #readme# folder and double-click on "delete_game_from_registry" file.. Then delete your Fallout 3 folder and install your Skullptura Rip and Final Fix (Final Fix may take 4-6 hours, i know it sounds crazy because its only 15mb)

And make sure you downloaded and installed program named "Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE"

And ofcourse you need latest DirectX and other drivers, otherwise you may get errors.

but use fallout3.exe
