I would love to try shooting at night outdoors, but it is basically indoor ranges where I have moved (a major metropolitan area.). Tracers would certainly make that interesting.
I do not have much of a pistol collection, given that the brand new car I bought last year is hitting me with monthly payments. I only have a GLOCK 17 and a Nagant 1895 revolver. The Nagant does not get used much (ammo is expensive.). My GLOCK 17 is reliable and easy to field strip for cleaning.
when I turn 16 I want to get my firearms license so I can get a pistol for range shooting, (some of my friends do) and would you recommend the springfield 1911 EMP, (enhanced micro pistol)? I love the look of the pistol but what would you recommend?
I personally don't think micro compacts are all that great, especially in .45 ACP. There isn't much point to a range micro pistol either. I personally prefer single stack full size 1911s. That micro may look great, but the muzzle blast, kick, small grip and low mag capacity will probably negate that.
Springfield, along with Wilson Combat, Kimber, Las Baer to name a few, all make great 1911s.
They hava gun control here and its quite strict, but my team mates can go on a shooting range with me and we lend them our weapons and they can shoot with our supervision.
I'm all about WWII bolt action rifles sir. I currently have a Mosin 91/30, M48 8mm Yugo Mauser and a Hungarian Makarov 9mm. Will customs let all of them pass? :)

They are quite strict. We cant compete with US.

Considering what gun laws are like in most of Europe, youre lucky to be permitted to own them at all.

Im not a fan of Colts or 1911 style pistol.
I can only suggest that you try a lot of pistols and then buy the one you like.

mikemikemofo 3 years ago
Its a 6" revolver that holds 6 .357 rounds.
