This company is a fraud! They sell you memberships anywhere from $3,500 to $30,000 promising you and telling you that you can stay UNLIMITED NIGHTS FOR FREE BUT ALL IN ALL AT THE END IS ALL A COMPLETE FRAUD.....They just rip you off....Avoid them...Trust me, if yo do not want to loose your money ...
Just got back from the Park Royal Cozumel. We had a fantastic time. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The grounds and pools are beautiful and the rooms are nice.
I really liked the hotel and had planned on staying there. I did not buy the package and then was told that I could not go diving and they could not give me a refund even though I paid for diving. I am contacting the tourism board in cozumel. I will tell everyone on the internet about how I was scammed out of my dive money. Shame on you guys for ruining our last day of vacation.
You are a bitter small person, the fact that you found it necessary to bash the Park Royal on almost every video proves that point.
I found this to be a great hotel with wonderful people and i've been there 4 times because of that. I've been all over Mexico in all-inclusives and this was by far my favorite.
To the other people considering this hotel - search around for other peoples opinions and by a far majority they loved it.
@ericbascetta Did they take you to the back room and pressure you for over an hour into buying any packages ? Did they promise to pay for you to go scuba diving ? Did they pressure you at the airport when you first got off the plane when you were just trying to buy a bus ticket. This place is a scam. You think I am the only one ? Google it and see how many more complaints there are. In fact 20/20 did an investigation on it.
@flatpicker1234 They totally pressured me each and evey time i'm in that airport, but i've learned to just say no thank you because of a terrible experience with a stupid timeshare on one of my first times there. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, mine have just been so good at that hotel that I couldn't believe it and must have been a random thing. Sorry if I was a jerk on my other post.
I just returned from a 5 day stay at Park Royal in Cozumel and it was absolutely amazing! I would return anytime! Awesome hotel and service! We love Carlos!!!

i loved this hotel! I just came back from a 5 day vacation there and it was amazing. I'd do anything to go back!

I just returned from this resort, and it was the best trip ever. Well worth it and I will go again. The scuba diving was wonderful as well.
