ok guys can somebody be so nice and take the time to explain me every detail of history? .. i mean i saw the cutscenees while playing.. the story is really awesome.. but whats about the name of the game.. what is a "calamity trigger" .. ? .. what s the relation ship between jin and ragna.. and what is the "mistery" of "nirvana" ( this puppet from the younger boy with the hat) .. can somebody take time and explain some details ive posted here? .. would be very thankfull..

Okay, i explain on what i can.

Ragna and Jin are brothers but JIn went crazy because hazama mess his mind up so badly that it lead to jin cutting off ragna's arm and killing their sister, saya. Rachel happened by and saw ragna and save his life by biting him thus turning him into a half vampire. the arm you see is actually a imitation of a powerful ars magus Aruze grimore or blazblue. for carl, that puppet he is with is actually his sister. she was robotize by their dad

2 Tab B once, push the control stick towards the direction your facing and tab B twice, then pound them by pressing down B.

I just played this game for the first time, and being a street fighter fan and Street Fighter Dojo Master of level 100, i have to say this game was pretty awesome...i only played like 20 to 30 matches and only played as Arkune...and i thought that the character creation and the moves and his overall story was dope...although, my friend who played against me and owns it, kept handing my ass to me with that annoying ass Freeze moves that this character does...WACK!!!

The key to victory with Arakune is... constant clouds & the dive moves. The Arakune in this video irritating, not that I don't respect the person playing.. its just because he's not doing what I would do.. which is.. clouds, combos, dives... haha

I dont play this characters nor do I know much about them... but I do have a hard time playing this 2 and this players are terrible at using them// Jin needs to be more defending and more aggressive and arakune needs to be more annoying and less predictable.

But in all seriousness I did like a few of the combos the Jin player did manage to get off. To me it looked like the Arakune player just had experience on his side.

Arakune is also a great counter for Jin. He can disrupt the ICENING easily with his areial moves.

Though, my main is Jin. His Air Y (for 360, i forget if it's C or B) has great zoning. Its almost more effective than ICENING and people get less annoyed.

I don't use Jin much, but when I do I use more combat tactical things rather than just freezing. I do freeze when people walk right into it. Try to zone and I only use the ice car to get out of a corner, almost as to switch places with opponent to get them cornered. My jin has no hope vs a good Arakune, I'm going to tr

We had a unofficial tournament where I am. I won one round, but ultimately took second place. The overall winner was a Arakune player that knew certain color variants on certain levels made it hard to see BUGS, plus they knew good loop combos. lol

Starlion415, i kno exactly wut you mean by the ice skateboard jin spammers.1st, you can act on reaction and press 5D. This causes them to skate into your spitting cloud on the floor. 2nd, you can try and use your antiair to meet ice skateboard, which is 5C. 3rd, block up and wait for him to finish his animation in skateboard and overhead slash. He will be vunerable on the legs. So do A A 2D Note: some jins will start noticing this and block down immediately.

Ok, I got the game, and I have to say, this game is pretty.... friggin.... KICK ASS!!!!

When I ran the game, I immidiately logged on to Network battle and picked meh fav, Arakune (Hard to use but gets the job done) and I was surpriesed that a lot of people play Jin, Ragna, and Noel, out of all the matches Ive played over 12 hours, I find myself stuck from the annoying Jin and his "Ice Skateboard" lol, anyways the game is Kick Ass!! GO BUY IT! its worth it, YOU HAVE THE GUILTY GEAR FEEL BABY!

theres a reason it looks like GG, its because its a spiritual successor to it. pretty much means its a sequel without actually carrying along anything from prior games, including storyline.

anybody know which character is MOSTLY close to the style of Johnny from GG? my main char for GG is Johnny so it would be nice to know which character to play for BB if their fighting style is similar. From what i noticed, Jin is abit similar to Johnny, in terms of attacks and close to mid-range sword attacks, what you guys reckon?
