D7+ and A7+ = Dmaj7 and Amaj7, whatever...

The E/G# issue is a delicate one. Now, I can roughly follow the "basic melody" by playing do#, mi, do# then a last mi one octave higher.

Since E/G# uses exactly that last mi, I chose it in spite of A7+.

Anyway, ultimate frisbee ftw.

Though I guess one could argue that as an object, "ultimate frisbee" describes a frisbee of the proper weight for playing Ultimate, the sport (i.e. 160 grams)
