no. not true at all. I'm right handed and use a left handed model its easier to take corners with mentally and I get more head shots playing with a left handed model than right even though the cross hairs are at the same place.
its easier for some people to play with a left handed model mentally. I do it and I get head shots and am on a team thats in Main currently so I did something right =P. its all preference
