@linus7213 do not swuash the bug with the back foot, youll lose power, explode the back knee into the ball in an almost a draging of the foot, its what all the proffesional coaches preach.
Thanks for the video. I forgot a few things on how to get good contact like back elbow high, squash the bug with back foot, and plant just prior to contact. This helped.
