  • @alfamenosuno I take a lot of crap from people like you, and it's just like what my coach says to my team everyday " those who are jealous of you are to caught up in themselves to see what victory you have that they never will have" I think that u r jealous that u lost your dream I don't know why, nor do I care but stop ruining what will happen to me by putting me down because of the stupid dream u had that obviously never was a reality!!!!!!! ( ps I'm 11 and I bet it wouldn't matter how old u

  • Dios santo o.o

  • @AlmostFamous1035 oh and also I'm a rythmatic gymnast not a power gymnast ( I can thank triple arieles on beam) I slipped fell on my head had to have back surgery tried power again didnt work coach suggested rythmatic that worked (sadly) but I'm over it

  • @AlmostFamous1035

At the gym I train at they like to have levels for the major elite (ppl training for Olympics) so that you can keep track of progress keeping in mind that a lot of the girls in major elite are like me only 11&12&13 years old. These girls and I have dedicated our lives to gymnastics which is why we are higher than u. ( not to be offensive )

  • @7gymnasticslevel will you go to the olympics??? I do not think so, most likely you are not good enough, actually most likely you are way far from being good enough !!! You are not higher than anybody, you are just an average performance gymnasts, and it is as good as it gets, deep inside you, you know it, get over it :) !!!

  • imagine Denny de Vito doing that

  • que chocha hay

  • The pain goes away but the glory stays.

  • none of this stuff is hard to do i do harder stuff in training i train for 10 hours everyday and that stuff is the easiest stuff u can do at my level (level 15 training for the olympics)

  • @7gymnasticslevel Gymnastics only goes to level 10... I'm training junior elite which I guess is "11" but the only thing higher is senior elite. No such thing as level 15.

  • That does not look out of the ordinary gymnastics training. They are not suffering, this is all part of the routine.

  • pues como tendras la pepa

  • The only thing TERRIBL about this is the music, well the spelling too.

  • DANNGGGG

  • this is nothing in relation to the satisfaction of having won something:) so this is the life to a gymnast...

  • Comment removed

  • i was a gymnast u can see my videos here and my favorite part of the a training day was that i love it :) who wants to be in that sport has to support everything and when u love it nothing is pain ;)

  • i dance ballet and flexibility is so important for all dancers, this isn't horrible, this is very good that there are teachers who know there job :))

  • que legal!! eu adoro ginastica ritmica.... eu faço aula..... mas nao é horrivel..... é muito legal....... as pessoas forçam sim a gente.... para nois ficarmos mais flexíveis... e isso nao dói só doi as vezes.....

that's cool! I love rhythmic gymnastics .... I do school ..... but it is not horrible ..... is really cool ....... yes people force us .... for us to be more flexible ... and it hurts not only hurts sometimes .....

  • These Teacher should get locked up for child Abuse this is fucking wronge

  • They force them to do stuff because they know they can do it

  • how is that terrible i there skinny and if they didnt suffer the pain the would be fat couch potato kids

  • NO PAIN NO GAIN

  • @FokinRG we'll se when they'll be 60 with all articulations with arthritis and pain...

  • @FokinRG si no muere menuda mierda

  • me 999997 )))

  • this looks sorta dangerous, I hope they know what theyre doing.

  • Die!!! They torchure those kids!!!!

  • @typhonia the are only forcing them because they know that they want to be the best. this is how you make it to the olympics, AND WIN! you have to push and try hard, that doesn't mean that they are suffering!! no one is forcing them to be there, they are there because they love the sport and want to go far in it. this sort of stretching isn't painful for them!

  • I have to say it, we have to suffer if we want to see some resutls but i can see that you don't know anything about this sport. We can handle it 'cause we know that this is going to improve us as gymnasts!

  • hey NO PAIN NO GAIN im proud of this girl and her coach the girl for staying in gymnastics and doing something wwith her life without backing down and the coach for pushing her and bringing her one step closer to her goal!!!

  • Pobrecitas :c NO ES NADA DIVERTIDO QUE TE PONGAN A CALENTAR FLEX :C DUELE :C & BIEN OJETE :S Por eso admiro a las gimnastas :$

  • shes good the first girl in the black!

  • WELL IM A GYMNAST!

  • i feel bad for her ouch!!

  • Well duh.. of course is terrible. But.. if you think that that kind of pain is unnecessary you will never, ever, be the best.

  • cause there a lote Super trainers that know nothing about kids , and parents who only want the sucess over health, but hopefully theres more Teachers-trainers with common sense and knowledge, and the seach race of 12 years old Superatlhetes is everytime less, cause they preffer healty Atlhetes than a 12 yo superchampion and 15 years later destroyed human being

  • Well theres a thing, theres over exigency at this sport and we all know this, on eastern europe training sistems, China and also Some parts of Us, this is not quite a suffering, I saw lil gils suffer of anorexia provoked 4 phisical psicological preasures at 10 Y. old, thats terribly wrong, But something is changing about 20 years and this video seems quite old also, theres more care about overtraining and thats cause education is over competition and not otherwise, but yes still exist>>

  • their not suffering they choose to do it and its liike that in every sport

    you work hard

  • i also do this, it can be painful but i love doing it =3

  • OUCH

  • its painfull but necesary

  • its a good sacrifice if you want to be the best ovbiously

  • this is not terrible. It is part of there training and they learn to keep going and be tough. That is what gymnastics is and what it teaches them. It teaches you to be determined and to keep going and never give up.

  • @BalletGirl312 shutup.

  • i dont think that its terrible, to succeed you have to work hard. I know as a contortionist I have trained my back to the point to were i passed out. But I got my triple fold and it was all worth it

  • oh and btw this is all just my opioin

  • i am so offended by this

  • hey i have a more flexable back actually i have the most bendy back then all of the people i know and i am a level six gymnast and look at me i like the streach it make me feel acomplished and bendy in a good way so its NOT torture got it

  • you do realise most of these things dont hurt, but i get what you mean i have seen a little girl crying because her coach was pushing her further than she could go i felt like crying myself for her

  • They're not suffering, the only way to improve is to try. I would never be as flexible as I am if me and my dance teacher hadnt been pushing me as hard as I can go. I'm always trying to push myself to get better and then it gets easier, that's the point

  • think about the crazy thing that this girls can do in bed ]:->

  • that girl at the beginning looks like she's in pain.LoL

it's fun though i seem myself improving as i do it more and more each day.. . .

  • This is terrible? Why? It's just girls training.

  • they're not suffering that's what comes with being a rg

  • i am a rg and i do this stuff and i think its very very fun

  • wtf is this music???????? this is RG!!!! not Saw or those freaking horror movies!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • OMG :)

  • Whats is suppose to be terrible with this video? Most people are losers, but these girls do something with their life

  • wow... I wonder how many maintain that flexibility into adulthood...

  • hahaha. thats my coach. and thats me she is stretching lol

  • If they wouldn't push them selves they would not win gold medals!

  • bravo!

  • they're not suffering you idiot. they're doing it by choice. their coaches help them stretch but they only stretch them as far as the gymnast tells them to. notice how at 0:27 she nodded and the coach stopped stretching her further. as a rhythmic gymnast I can tell you that no one I know has ever got an injury from stretching because we push ourselves but we're careful. it's a beautiful sport and to be the best you can be, hard training like this is required.

  • de terrible no tiene nada

a mi me gustaria hacer eso 0_0 para el split

  • its not suffering...its just like those people that weight lift and "feel the burn" its the same feeling. and i went 10 years of intense stretching like this. i loved it ;) and the coaches care about you a lot..they would never do anything to harm you. they are only helping you become a better gymnast. when you do stretching like this...you gradually get to this point. you dont start like this right away. you do as much as your body can handle.

  • i dont think you realize just how hard RG is, i mean these girls are doing what they have to do to be the best, and im sure that they're coaches know they girls limits as do the girls.

  • Some people don't understand what it takes to be a athlete, most athletes want to be the best and will do anything to win. This is just something you have to do to get there. These girls probably love RG and when you love something you will do anything for it.

  • if you wanna be the best, it what you have to do.

  • q tiene de terrible??? :/

  • That doesn't hurt after you have been trained for a while. Everything is hard at the beginning. I tried this when I was young.

    From China

  • You are stupid typhonia, suffer?...where?....my respects for those girls, they are doing something positive for their lives

  • @atiliocf please mind your tongue without insulting me! I 've never been rood . Actually i also do oversplits lol but I nver force myself as their coach do

  • @typhonia The girl isn't crying or objecting in any way. She's trying to get better. I ask my coach to stretch me too, because another person can push past the limit you can. (:

  • @typhonia dude, learn to spell lol

  • @typhonia and if she has no pain she has no gain look this girl obviosly likes what shes doing there and she knows that if she wants to get better shes going to have to push herslef and the coach is helping her do that !

  • @typhonia

you have to force yourself to do something if you really want to be the best. Even forcing a little is good, you don't have to force yourself too much, just little by little every day.

    Good luck:D

  • @typhonia Sorry Typhonia, but there's no dialogue in this video but if there was, you would probably understand that the girls appreciate the coach's help with their hyper-extended splits. It's difficult to get the stretch that's needed without your coach helping you. You should get your facts straight before posting inflammatory videos like this.

  • @typhonia You spelled rude wrong. Lol.

  • @kelslaliberty HAHAHHAHAHAH

  • @maria020709 :P

  • @typhonia

the coach wouldn't force it on them if he knew they couldn't do it... I do artistic gymnastics, not rhythmic, but I've been at it for 11 years, I know what a bad coach is like

  • @typhonia Nice grammar asshole.

  • @VaginaBallsDick yea nice user name u fuckin perv

  • @dancinbabyv hahahhaha lol

  • @atiliocf actually doing those stretches for to long will damage u soooo badly in the future that u may never dance EVER AGAIN

  • @loveballet81 Well, you are ignorant too, do some research about when is the best age for to begin to stretches and later talk about it.

  • @loveballet81 that is so not true :(

  • What's "terrible" about doing oversplits? You only think it should hurt because it would hurt if you did it. But it's the same as pitying people who like trigonometry, or speaking in front of crowds, or skydiving. It doesn't suck when you're good at it and you like it.

  • Omg! how is this suffering? It's called chasing your dreams! If you wanna be a RG champion , you need to train . DUH !

  • i like the sport hate the "professional judges"

  • anche io vorrei questo tipo di allenamento *__* anche se fa male xD

  • this isn tregular gymnastics its actually rythimic

  • if a teacher gives a student a difficult math problem, would you take them out of school? No, because exceeding their current limitations/abilities is the only way they will progress.

The brain is a muscle just as the body is a series of muscles. the only way to get better is to push past the students current level. thats the only way that any person ever gets better.

  • @lastcourse Communist

  • Its not that horrible like it looks like...

  • seriously. it doesn't even hurt that much if your flexible. they do that to me at dancingg and i enjoy it. :)

  • I want my coach to do that XDDDD

  • coitadinha deve tar doebdo até hj ela fazia isso todo dia?

  • Why may I ask? this seems really, really pointless.. haha

  • if they already have they splits and leaps perfectly why do they still train them so hard on it, because i'm a dancer and my teacher does that.

  • No not as much

  • this is not a terrible video. this is the kind of stretching they do, its common. they are that flexible, and of course you and i can't do that but that's because we're not gymnasts. im a ballerina, and we only have to be a little flexible, like doing the splits for grand jetes and such, but the reason they do those crazy gymnastics splits is because, oh what do you know? they're GYMNASTS.

  • it takes a lot of tears and it hurts very much in the beginning, but you get use to it..... and you realize why you need to do it....

in the end, when you have a perfect routine, all the suffering is worthwhile.... im also a gymnast!

  • @zoey6061 Does it still hurts, once you are trained?

  • When you love something (rythmic gymnastics) you dont care if it hurts, you just do it

you just want a perfect routine :)

    i'm a gymnast :)

  • this is so sick

  • Crazy no wonder kids get fecked up in the head when they see this crap.

They go out and try this shit and hurt themselves. this is not a sport its torture, another form of child abuse. lots of gymnast end up crippled from what they do, and become anorexic because of rules in the sport that they have to be skinny. Makes me laugh when I here people saying it aint so bad, try what they do and then tell me about it. For the short carrier it is, is it really worth it ?????????

  • i stretch too.....obviously not to this extent but i do it because of my skating :) it actually feels great when you know you can achieve something that you never thought you could......i dont think these girls are suffering....if they are, who's stopping them from quiting?

  • @iamfigureskater14

I think most of there parents push them into gymnastics, sometime they were in the sport themselves and they want there kids into it also. Sometimes the kids dont get a choice.

  • @babalizzard yeah i suppose....in that case the parents are doing wrong.......i dont think kids should be pushed into anything that they dont enjoy but thats my opinion :L

  • I dont get why people say this is so bad. I have danced for years, and this is just dayly routine, yer it may look a tad weird, but if you wanna get to where you gotta be then you have to go through some pain, thats to be expected. You don't decide on what you want to do and then quit cos it takes some pain and effort?! You want to be the best, you take the pain in your stride. I think of pain as improvement and that it can only mean good things, as long as it isnt a broken bone kind of pain!

  • i just pretend i never saw that 0_o

  • ouch...:\

  • *I kno dhatt hurt oooo id seem lyke ii kan feel ha paiin !

  • This isn't too bad.... Not compared to what I've seen some people doing...

Good job people, the hard work really pays off!!!

  • hey! i found a great poem about RG google 'Forever in the shadows figment'

  • for me the difficult part, is when we have a new teacher

  • Lets face facts here people. Gymnastics is hard. It really is. Flexibility may hurt to learn but face it. If you want to be a gymnast you HAVE to have it. If you land wrong and you are flexible you are WAY less likely to get hurt than if you're not flexible at all. I've someone tear their hamstring in half because they landed low and were not flexible enough to endure the stretching it caused. Now would you rather be in a little pain or a lot?

  • Hard work but good work. It wouldn't be legal if it was inhumain...obviously! But... there shouldn't be a camera in that studio... safeguarding fail...

  • this is really hard and maybe not healthy, but this is her choice, she wants to suffer and to work very hard to nake her dream come true, "Never give up" I am very prod of this girl.

  • this seems a pretty normal training to me...¬O¬

it looks painful, but I can bet this girls have passed from this kind of training since they were younger.

  • i know someone who has been doing gymnastics for a while, and is short for her age. (very)

ive seen her train, but it was only flips and such.

when i see people express their flexibility, it makes me wanna go back and say, i wanna do that mom!

but then i see this, and i ll know that eventually end up like that.

im not saying its bad, it just looks painful. i know that they have worked their way up to this, and i applaud them! just dont hurt yourself!

  • You need to bear in mind that these girls worked their way up gradually to doing these kinds of stretches. Many started when they were 4 years old and they don't stretch girls this dramatically right from the start - all you'd end up with are torn muscles and torn ligaments. Thus, if these girls started when they were 4 and are now (what?) 10-14 years old, that means they have been stretched gradually for a minimum of 6 years.

  • wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • not terrible! every Gymnast who wants to get somewhere goes through this! splits don't come outta thin air! hmmmph

  • I think this sport makes a horrible body, they are very short, and look like a man body...
