While the "Estoy muy solo" is quite mangled spanish (actually says "Usted es muy solo", the "Querida te necesito" part is clearly listened. And, unles he thinks that megaman's transexual, there's no way in hell "querida" could refer to megaman, as querida means "loved one (female)"

What more when it was made there was not much story to base the cartoon on. The most you got from the nes games was a thing at the beginning of the game. Not much to go on for a cartoon...
