Next heat the plastic to fuse multi sheets together and then re-heat it then mold something it'll make a harder mould

I use a small 5 gallon vac. I think it is black and decker? Small.....but does a great job.

Thanks Dan.....it is a cool process. Not brave enough to try some of your techniques with fiberglass....but you have inspired me!

Thanks Joe. With the trouble shooting is behind me now, I am thinking about new parts to make and how to go about making the plugs. More to come later!

Thanks Joe! Now.....I want to make a larger Vacuum box so I can make the engine in two halves. This will be a winter project I guess.
