Hi, Puma is awesome, what an incredible amount of training involved. I'm very impressed. This is a really irrelevant question, But how would that "BITE SUIT" hold up with my 175 lbs. Great Dane and would it hurt ? Another thing , since he stands at near 7 feet tall how would an officer keep him away from his head and neck ?

"Marty" is really just a sweet loveable Giant ,, But with incredible strength, he's torn shirts completely off me when we play a little rough.

@jmvideo7 We would have to put gauntlets under the bite suit and just offer the arm or leg - the bigger the dog the harder they bite. A Great Dane that loves to bite is awesome to work. I worked one in Mexico at a police seminar we held a few years ago - it was a blast. Thanks for your nice comments. :-)

That is absolutely amazing! Do you only train K9 police dogs? I am looking to get a German Shepherd in a little bit for protection (bad things have happened to me so now I am scared to go out alone) and will need a professional to make sure things are done properly...

Love the video. That is some really amazing athleticism that Puma has. My German Shepard/Doberman mix Male is about that athletic, and it never gets old watching him play. Although he is no protection dog, or nearly as trained as Puma, he makes an otherwise great source of entertainment. Love the Belgian Shepherds too.

0:35 was cool, but 0:59 he jumped up a slight incline...which is harder, regarless whether an inch or a foot. i like this dog....he's so agile and quick. most are like this? a good master, means a good dog. this stuff takes time i know, one of my RL friends trains dogs too. i am really impressed with this training though, indeed a mans best friend. ^^

Could you just see one of my Yorkies doing that?!! (FUTBOL!) I have a 6 month old Neopolitan Mastiff- They're more sedate that the average dog but can she be trained like Puma? She's too lazy to leap over tables I think but very protective of me. She's 65 lbs of slobbering love. Maybe she can drool people to death.

@yorkymom Your Neopolitan Mastiff will make a great personal protection dog. Her size will intimidate the bad people even more than mine can. The Yorkies will let the bad people know there is a dog on watch and the Neo will scare them away. Great combination! Thanks for the nice comments.

We had a long haired shepard growing up that was Police trained by Suki Kennels in Maine. (Not sure if I spelled Suki right) Anyway, the trainer wouldnt even lean down to check her collar, she was great but for some reason he wouldnt. I was the "bad guy" I cant tell you how many times my Dad said "Sic Darak" and her and the shep/wolf pups would take me down. I miss those days. They wanted her, Dad wouldnt sell. I wish I had the padding that guy does in the vid!

I love the way Puma works. He is on target and his release and return is very good. I liked your videos. I have helped your channel by subbing could you please sub back.
