  • China has been dumping steel on us for years, time for us to do some dumping back.

  • @jesshansen1

Steel is not harmful und fully recyclable ... idiot

  • @RedJoker

When we dump we REALLY dump.

  • @jesshansen1

    replace the " p " by " b " and everything is alright ^^

  • china fucking country mother fucker

  • Again, China proves how good they are at destroying their own country for a few bucks.

For 1RMB any chinese would dump toxic waste into his own drinking water.

  • Strip the wires with stones if you can't afford snips. Use the plastic to brade gloves.

  • Are old computers made with Lead and Cadium? We send our Waste to China to recycle. Now, Cadium is found in Children's Jewelry made in China..

  • Did you know? That's just the BEGINNING. America (USA namely) chose to go from analog to digital TV. There are expected over 50M tons (in a number 50,000,000 tons) of e-waste *additionally* to that. More beautiful lagoons turned to toxic waste dumps. It feels like the Apocalypse movie, but no: this is REAL.

  • They made the stuff, let them take it back. A small price to pay for all the jobs we lost to them. It's not our fault they CHOOSE TO DO THIS. They could do it in an environmentally sound way, but that would cost too much. So, they put Americans out of work to get these jobs and the only way they can do it, is to not follow the environmental rules. This is they price they pay for those jobs.

  • I don't get it? Are we supposed to feel sorry or responsible for these people? They destroy their environment and put us out of work in the process and we are supposed to feel bad? They made the shit in the first place. They put us out of work making it, then recycling it. They can do it because they don't follow the rules that we HAVE to follow. If you want to be outraged, be outraged at 1: Their government

    2: them.

If we did it, it would be clean. Lets get those jobs for ourselves.

  • not all of these companies originated in USA, so your point in that regard is irrelevant. secondly, the companies that did originate in USA took the jobs from here and sent them over there because they are profit oriented- and the chinese worker works harder, faster, longer, without taking sick days or complaining and will work for much, much less. so those workers are just working a job to survive, like we are here. want to blame someone? blame the company CEOs that sent the jobs abroad...

  • If you honestly think that a Chinese worker has more integrity or something, you are very sadly mistaken.

They work for less money, because they can. A Chinese worker can earn 5 or 10 a week, because you can live on 5-10 a week there. The worker there has no rights, if they get hurt, oh well.. To bad for him.

This idea that Asian workers are "better people" or something is silly. Deep down we are all pretty much the same. The exchange rate is what kills the US worker, not character.

  • You are a very selfish person. They might have made it but we are the ones who buy it. We think we have to have a new computer and cell phone every year, and never even think twice about what happends to it when we get rid of it. And its not their fault we lost jobs to them, it is our government's fault that they allow companies to move jobs oversea's. These people didn't ask to be born there, and they don't understand how toxic these chemicals are to them. People like you are disgusting

  • You call me disgusting because you don't like how Chinese people handle their environment and then suggest that a poor country (The US) go in a fix the problems of a rich country (China).

Let me guess, we should sell more bonds to China and use the money to clean up China's environment which of course will employ Chinese people.

They have trillions of dollars in wealth and they should invest it in their environment like we did when we were rich. We are now a poor nation like it or not.

  • U.S.A. GDP: 13 Trillion USD.

P.R.C. (China) GDP: 3 Trillion USD.

    MATH, CAN YOU USE IT?

  • As a nation, we are BROKE! We are running a 2T dollar deficit and the money is coming from the Chinese government and you have the nerve to say we have more money than them. GDP doesn't mean shit, especially ours since it is "massaged" as to be meaningless. Our citizens are in incredible debt and the whole US nearly collapsed last year. You are living in fantasy land if you think the us is in better shape than China!

  • You said "more money", 13 trillion is more than 3 trillion. If you meant purchasing power parity, that's also higher in the U.S. Income per capita? also higher in the U.S. The Chinese GOVERNMENT is in better shape than the U.S. GOVERNMENT because they didn't invade two countries and deregulate big business.

But I guess everyone else is supposed to feel sorry about Americans going on a hubris trip and starting a global financial crisis and look for someone else to blame.

    More Kool-Aid anyone?

  • We have 10% unemployment (officially) and our citizens are trillions in debt as is the government and China has huge cash reserves a great manufacturing industry and the citizens have low debt and you say we are rich?

I would like computers to be priced at there real cost, but for the US gov to pay (with money borrowed from China) to clean up China is just crazy.

  • Amazing how all the posters complain about USA doing this pollution in China. China micro manages thier nation and controls all trade but no one blames China for what goes on in china. We do E-Waste recycling right here in USA and PROFIT from it while NOT polluting. If chinese can not do the same then shame on them.

  • Yea 60 minutes just did a story on this tonight. I got curious about it and looked it up on youtube...so here i am. Its sad that the people working in this waste dumps have to choose between poverty and poison....

  • The government should step in. For example, if there's a large need of electricity, and the government doesn't provide it, individuals will have to do it and they will do it at the cheapest way possible. It leads to low efficiency and damage to the environment. But if the government does it, it will be much more efficient and a lot better for the environment. Same thing goes for recycling. If everyone does it using low tech skills, it will only damage the environment and hurt the people.

  • im not saying don't try and help your people but there is a BIG picture and the picture wants progress.

  • China is not the only country to deal with problems plaguing its peeps. Your experiencing a social and economic revolution, peeps r likely 2 die in da course of this proces. we had the industrial revoltion and we were sending kids up chimley pipes. all countries have a hard time at times. all you are doing is making a better future for your children, and children always involve sacrafice. all of these problems will be fixed by your government as soon as its a good idea.

    countinues above ^^^^^^^

  • this waste is not part of the fucking revolution, this waste is predominantly from USA and Europe and has nothing to do with the development of China you twit. Most of these villages are so poor no-one even owns computers, mobiles or anything themselves, but they have to make money somehow and its by dismantling our toxic filth, which by the way is FAR more toxic and damaging than bloody chimney soot!! so get your facts right next time:)

  • Have you PROVED that most of the Ewaste is from USA? We do have recycling plants here also and our are GREEN CLEAN. So if we can do it right so can they. It is greed and ignorance that is to blame. Greed on thier side and Ignorance on thier side. Remember they must learn 2000+ letters to be literate in thier society. We only need 26 letters. A stupid system makes ignorant people.

  • lol, most of the pics show people scrapping the metal to be sold.

  • All we can do is clean up the best we can. We call it E waste. We point fingers at each other and call each other names. We are all at fault.

Go to: Williamabrenk and watch "Look Outside"

If you care as much as I believe, you will understand the video at the site above.

  • Well said.

  • Also if you know what to look for this is not proper processing of E-waste. They are doing it the wasteful low tech way. They are using primative low tech methods. Stupid.

  • With all those money that they made. They still want to keep every single penny.

  • Joss it's strange how you see a video like this and instantly you condemn USA. This is China. Besides there is $6,000.00 of gold in every ton of computers. The gold more than pays for clean processing if you don't pocket the whole amount. Some needs to be used for proper waste recycling. China won't do that. We do that right here.

  • im Mexican and i think without offending anyone that USA and China just think on their economy and they dont care if they have to destroy the planet to get some millions a day and thats stupid and it talks bad about one

  • Mr. Rodriguez if Mexico is so nice tell me about Rio Nuevo that flows out of Baja California and all the way north to the Salton Sea in Southern California. Did you swim in it? Have you been in Tia Jauna. What of Mexico City? It is nice and clean? come on and be honest. Mexico cares about the envirement? No me chupas Cabrona.

  • hey sorry ur intentions are good and ive got no right on offendin u

besides i didnt wrote my comment

    my brother was

    god bless u

  • So kick your brothers ass for hijacking your account and making you look like the jackass he is.

  • maybe he did it but hes still my brother and i will never do it to him

and please dont talk like that bout him

  • Your brother maligned a whole nation. I would say that is assinine and rightly so. If your brother choses to make an ass of himself forgive me for pointing out the obvious. But really you defending his stupidity is the greater crime. So if his comments are assinine and make him out to be a fool then you are doubly assinine and the greater fool to defend his embecilic comments.

  • about the stupidity

his contrary is the intellect and one can be without the other

if u finish with a stupidity, theres goin to be another stupidity and so on

the world cant be without intellect and stupidity

  • Joss put down the tequila. Get some coffee. you don't make sense anymore. Go feed your donkey.

  • Why do you need to be suspicious of this video? It's pretty obvious what is going on and whether or not it's the U.S. or some other countries it shouldn't matter. It's pretty rotten and you don't need to make excuses. And it can be proven that some of it is from the U.S., don't think that everything here is perfect.

  • Don't be offended Joss, Mexico is one of the world largest producers of contaminates. The laws and regulations there are not enforced, and in most cases don't exist. It is like that around the world. The U.S. has a great reclaimation program, but it is not big enough. Mexico needs someone like you to stand up and fix it. We all need to.

    Go to:

    Williamabrenk and watch "Look Outside"

If you care as much as I believe, you will understand the video at the site above.

  • its ok im not offended.

still it wasnt me who posted the comment

my brother always uses my account even when he has his own account

  • Joss, where are you now? Are you in your little shack in Mexico? Did you milk your goats today? Or did you come up here to USA and start talking shit about USA?

  • err... no im in a house, not a shack, i dont even know how to milk a goat and if ur so angry at me, then dont waste ur time with me, i think uve got better things to do

  • Joss to fight stupidity is my first goal in life. When you see pollution in China and you instantly blame USA that is stupidity. First go clean up the pollution in Mexico.

  • Im sorry Johnny but if you look at the facts, it IS mostly in the fault of the USA. Only two states in your entire country signed the Basal Convention to stop shipping e-waste into other countries. 85% of your e-waste i unaccounted for. The chinese in these villages are so poor that they dont stop the waste coming in and instead sacrifice their lives to make a few bucks dismantling our discusting toxic filth, when I bet most of them have never even sat at computer..

  • China is a cesspool by choice. That fact remains.

  • Our local councils sell their plastics and paper waste to chinese companies who pay about four times as much as european recyclers for it. So here, there are few recycler as the manufacturing has gone abroad and they cannot afford to pay as much as the chinese companies who have lots of customers at home.

  • I agree with number1english with one difference. It's not just WALMART, it's the entire world market. We as humans have run out our time. Killing off the entire human race is the only option for the living planet. We will surely succeed in assisting it.

  • Go see this video by William A Brenk Look Outside.

  • Actually I would say one thing about this. Certainly the buyers working for Walmart, Target, Best Buy etc. have their share of the problem. They are extremely price focused and give a damn about where things are produced and how. These guys are the ones making the agreements damaging US trade balance with crappy electronics, toys etc. But US lawmakers should do something about it...we consumers are not thinking in the bigger picture enough to change it!

  • It's a given fact that China is the world's leading polluter. But whose fault is it? Over ten percent of China's exports are sold to Wal-Mart. And contrary to their employee training videos, Wal Mart could not give two shits about the American worker or the environment.

If the US/Europe wants China to fix this growing problem, consumers must be willing to pay a little more for typical household products. Until this happens, the pollution is only going to get worse.

  • I agree, Walmart is a huge problem for US trade balance and the environment. I've worked for a company selling electronics to Walmart and I know exactly how their buyers are acting driving people in the industry to make cheap crappy electronics...and US lawmakers let this happen causing damage to US economy and the environment. Long term we all lose!

  • Stop polluting our China country with your electronic waste! A bunch of hypocrit who ignores the fact that it is your rich developed countries exploiting China's cheap labor to produce, dump their E-waste to China and then blame China for pollution.

And stop the propaganda about China now!

  • ITS SO FUNNY WHEN CHINESE BLAME TAIWAN, EUROPE, USA AND EVEN RUSSIA WHEN THEIR COUNTRY IS POLLUTED. YOU GUYS CRACK ME UP!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Anyway most Chinese on Youtube are Rich, they have no regards to life in the countryside of China and wouldn't give a shit about them.

  • China has a need for the materials extracted from ewastes. China consumes far more materials than they can openly buy at world market and hence have to resort to this type of mineral collection to fuel their economy. Not only electronics but most of world's used paper and steel end up in China. Even your phone book, yellow pages, go straight to China.

  • were not dumping anything, they have no money, no choice.. thy wil take what they can, anyway they can. no money no choice

  • USA basically ruined china, then goes on about the lead in the paint thing for a little while lmao, wow shows USA needs to smarten up on some things. E waste is a BIG issue, I accept donations of PCs, obsolete things like that, So I like recycle what i can, i offer it to people parts etc, and then recycle rest :)

  • USA seems to further victimize China and Indian... environment damage may not be recover.

In return, USA laugh China people polluted the environment.

  • return used products to country of origin. thank you.

  • Bir Kere Sitenizi Ekleyin Butun Pagerank Ve Toplist Dunyasina Girsin !

  • Easy ways to stop this ugly death-spreading mess:

Stop producing useless products. Stop buying them.

Keep that old pc, tv, stereo, etc and use it.

Ignore the "latest and greatest" of these death timing bombs. Recycling cannot eliminate this problem

because the average product life cycle is too short.

Recycling requires energy. Finding that energy is getting scarce and more expensive.

We do not need all these gadgets to live.

  • I work for an e-waste recycler and I say "amen" to your statement. Planned obsolescence is killing our planet. If you don't buy the new shit, which is probably going to last about half life or less of old, the manufacturers might get the picture. I say "might".

  • Hi everyone. I wanna make a difference in this world and the environment and I wanna build a recycling plant. If you can, I would very much appreciate any help I could get.

Go to the ebay site and search for

"Fund Raising - Building a Recycling Plant"

    Thank you

  • But they just came out with a computer that's 1mhz faster, I have to get it!

Btw, what song is this, and do you have the translation?
