When I started watching LotSW, Foggy reminded me so much of Captain Peacock from AYBS? [played by Frank Thornton, who ended up as Truly, ironically] And at the end of an AYBS? episode, Frank wore a sailors outfit just like what Foggy is wearing...So spooky and funny at the same time.
