nice to see your mommy could drive you to the tackle shop to buy some lures your "cousin" can use. btw you don't measure bass by inches! poundage mother fucker!
i got a rattlin rapala lure to its a rnr04 n its shad colored it catches good...in the summer n spring you should try using a top watter lure like a skitter pop or a frog i catch my biggest small and largemouth with those
@KAUpitcher123 . helps protect the hook from catchin grass and gettin hung up in wood. its called a weed or hook guard. chek out my page to learn some more about it.
i normaly fish with shad raps but i just got a rattlin rapala that is black bass colered and a husky jerk that is blue on the top and lime green on the bottom will these work good and witch one do yall think is better?
Are those brush hawgs in Alabama Craw? I picked up some of them a while back thinking they would be a good color and they seem to be a popular color. I like to use them by themselves in the fall.

what do the stiff plastic bristles on a jig do?
KAUpitcher123 2 years ago
the bristles makes the lure weedless by protecting the hook.
rebelpride330 2 years ago
not really a weed guard, helps it fro not getting caught on the bottom when your jigging, i always get weeds using a jig
BassAnglerMike33 2 years ago
it helps make it weedless
