Hey it will happen. You know why - I myself always wanted to dance too but parents didn't really want to pay either. So I just waited until I started working ... and at 21 years old I started going to my first jazz/funk dance classes.. which I could pay for as I was working full time. :) Let me tell you - it's never too late if you are passionate about it and are willing to stick at it.

I am not sure why I am commenting but I think you have that "thing" which captures a crowd's attention. Your dancing is great but most of all I think you were born a performer. You talent is appealing and it appears to be destiny for you to please an audience. Perhaps you should put together a group and compete on "Best Dance Crew" you already have enough fans...

Yeh, I find I dance best right after dance class (if I'm not already too exhausted).. coz I'm all loose and warm. It's hard to dance when ur cold. Used to take me an hour to warm up in a club sometimes.

well for one you're an awesome dancer! but what makes you such a joy to watch is the fact that you enjoy it! Its in your heart and soul and that comes out while you're dancing. I used to take classes a long long time ago, but stopped because I wasn't good enough. you make me want to dance again.. (I still dance around my apartment though :)

Actually I had a good friend who was a dance instructor and she taught me some basic dances. I think maybe if I practiced more it would certainly help. The approach to playing music as a drummer and feeling it as a dancer are very different. Since you use your feet in drumming I had a lot of instinctual moves I had to fight. I've always been a pretty athletic person and it was really frustrating to feel so clumsy hehe. Humility is a good thing lol.

Hmm.. I used to go clubbing heaps in sydney.. and yes thats where I danced my heart out all the time. I used to go almost every week with friends. Unfortunately I haven't really gone clubbing in London. It's not really the same without a group of friends.
