I don't get KISS. Why do people like them so much? I think the music's good but nothing better than what came before it. I'm asking this because the director does tributes to great bands like Led Zeppelin, The Who and The Rolling Stones but then he does KISS. I just don't get it.

I remember being 7 and liking them, even though i didn't know their music....kids loved them back then, their logo, their names, and of course the badass face paint
