@XDScottyHawe I'm sure you could. It would require quite a bit of experimentation with mic sensitivity (which you can adjust), placement, and sound dampening. Live drums are a challenge with only one mic, but then you can layer the parts and bounce them into a single track if you want. Good luck.
@StupidVids2009 You need a stereo mic plugged into the "line in/ mic" port on the right side, select EXT (for external mic) on the INPUT page, and increase sensitivity as desired on the same page. Also, I think a mono source will work fine for your video projects if you put the audio in the L/R audio tracks and link it as a stereo pair. That's what I do.
Thanks for these videos... I have this recorder and use it all the time for solo gigs. I lost my manual and haven't recorded in a long time, so this will be very helpful.
Hi, thanks for watching. The tracks are recorded in a proprietary format (unless using mp3 mode). This means other programs can't use them until you export the track. Use Utility > Trk > Exp(ort), then choose quality. The songs will be in the mp3 folder of the recorder when you connect it to the computer.
Another approach is to finish a full song and export using the mastering mode. Upcoming videos will cover that. Good Luck!
Great videos.
Question:can digital delay effects be added to vocals after they are recorded dry?

Can you record actual drum kit parts using the built-in microphone?
