Agreed. All this ass did was pour wine over some herbs in a pan, over NOTHING in a pot. Shit, he didn't even really reduce it, because it sounded like he said the pot (family portion) would take an hour to reduce. What a crappy video.

I do the same except I add sauteed shallot and some honey (or sugar) to the wine as it reduces. It's also good on pork medallions.
