  • Thanks

Keep the videos coming and disregard the fags with the negative comments.

  • so fucking lame... my granma has no arms and can do the same... lame, should've used the word beginners here...

  • Good vid i was trying to think of some other things i could work with them rings... take it easy

  • Kinda funny! Just American or British English left a comment on this video...

and this guy is one of the most famous personal trainer in Italy!

I mean...I guess nobody in Italy looks for this kind of exercise!

    great Video btw

  • its a good training but i noticed your legs are very thin maybe pay some more attention to that? for the rest great vid

  • Thumbs up for you. Nice video with some great exercises. Good choice for background music ;-) Keep it up!

  • perfect song choice, absolutely describes what happens those first several sessions with rings

  • thats much respect

  • Great Demo...thanks...

  • Strong dude, should I try the whole set that he performs I would go into cardiac arrest...

  • good workout man, i use the rings often for muscle confusion

  • impressive

  • rings or trx???

  • @missionkid

I'm not sure it matters, since they both work by the same principle. But I bet the rings are a whole lot cheaper than the TRX ;-)

  • Hey what song is this playing???

  • How old are you ?. You gotta be young because this is a world classic.

ACDC - You Shook Me All Night Long

Check out a bunch of there other good songs.

    Enjoy

  • Hey thanks! I actually heard it before but I never knew who is was by. Thanks going onto my ipod! :)

  • How do you use them at home?

  • Good exercises. I counted 14 different exercises though...did I miss some?

  • impressive

  • Very impressive.

  • i bought myself a pair of these elitte II so that i can train for the actual gymnastics rings (i'm a training gymnast).

it's fairly cheap and considering i won't have to go the the gym all the time for my ring training i'm saving money and also i can have all the time to train.

  • how far apart should the rings be?

  • Comment removed

  • Shoulder width. You can measure from your elbow to end of fist.

  • Damn, i have that same problem of shaking like a drug addict, when trying to stabilize them rings.

I wonder how long it will take for them stabilizor muscle to get into wack

  • I am still a novice and I am the same way with the support position. The basics are harder than they look.

  • Yeah, i read maybe 2-3 weeks before you can hold it still. Not sure Through

  • lol i used them for the first time today and i do the same thing haha.. shakin lieka drug addict aha

  • @Ninearm hey! i dont shake that badly...

  • they are really easy to make.

  • why not make your own?

  • How can I make my own rings?

  • watch?v=0V8C-fOP5c4

i followed that basically, without the string (though it sure would have been easier) but just holding it around something round, and using running water to speed up the cooling off process.

    but yea, its not hard.

  • Thanks.

  • very nice video man, thanks a lot

  • great vid, thanks for the exercises
