i bought myself a pair of these elitte II so that i can train for the actual gymnastics rings (i'm a training gymnast).
it's fairly cheap and considering i won't have to go the the gym all the time for my ring training i'm saving money and also i can have all the time to train.
i followed that basically, without the string (though it sure would have been easier) but just holding it around something round, and using running water to speed up the cooling off process.
impressive thanks for the video

rings or trx???

@missionkid
I'm not sure it matters, since they both work by the same principle. But I bet the rings are a whole lot cheaper than the TRX ;-)

Shoulder width. You can measure from your elbow to end of fist.

Damn, i have that same problem of shaking like a drug addict, when trying to stabilize them rings.
I wonder how long it will take for them stabilizor muscle to get into wack

I am still a novice and I am the same way with the support position. The basics are harder than they look.
