I love this song and this style of music, but I'm old enough to remember that it was most definitely not seen as 'art' at the time - Culture Beat and their Eurodance contemporaries were slated by 'real' music fans and critics everywhere for being disposable, meaningless rubbish - more so than people say about Gaga now. Anyway, it is a great uplifting track so who cares :-)
