Ted Turner purchased all of these old shows from HB and WB and created Cartoon Network to rebroadcast them in the 1990's. A few years later HB began making the new Cartoon Cartoons for Cartoon Network (yes HB had a hand in making all of the CC like Dexter's Laboratory, Ed Edd n' Eddy, etc, which is why they were so great)
