Wish I rang at this terrific Bell Festival. A great clinician Tim is, and what wonderful energy he commands at the podium and also the art of handbells. I was in the Wood County Honor's Choir, this guy was freaking awesome!!!!! He was really fun and we got to sing a song he wrote for us called "My Heart in the Highlands", Mr. Waugh FTW!
