People LOVE to put God in a box, God is SO amazing and so Huge that our human pea-brains cannot comprehend the LOVE He has for EVERY SINGLE one of us! Children of Isreal/Isrealites (every single human being)

Slavery in Egypt (bondage in our earthly lives)

Moses (Jesus )

Promised Land (Heaven)

Red Sea (Blood covenent)

Jesus died for EVERYONE, the problem is that humanity is infested with demons who influence how we behave, this is why we NEED Christ in our lives. We are ALL one, every single person ever born or ever will be born, every Muslim, Indian and Jew, we are ALL Gods children! Isreal is a symbol for ALL of Gods children - every human being! wake up!

HAHA I dont get why we even argue about this. Jesus died for everyone YET God has chosen some and not others.....WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND IT. It is something only God understands. This subject has been debated for centuries and I find it funny how some people think they are going to join in the conversation and be the one to bring the final truth to the matter.....God will sort us out. You can trust that! REPENT and BELIEVE ON JESUS and you shall be saved!

What did Jesus say? You know, the words in red. Jesus said: "I do NOT pray for the world, I pray for those whom you (Father) have given me". Jesus said: "All that the Father gives me shall come to me". (If he meant all people he would have just said all and left out "that the Father gives me". "That the Father gives me" draws a distinction between all people and all that are drawn. Not all people are drawn to Christ!

What were Christ's words while the romans were nailing him to the cross: "Father, FORGIVE THEM!" Were all the soldiers who nailed him of the elect? During his prayer, he prayed specifically for the disciples who were given the great commission. The world had no business with that, therefore there was no need for them to pray for that.

@florinu123 If Jesus forgives a sinner, even those who nailed him to the cross, then they are elect. Sin is sin, and Christ has the authority to forgive sin, no matter how appalling.

the nature of sin isn't my argument. you said that Christ doesn't pray for the world, yet i pointed out that he prayed for the soldiers. were ALL the soldiers at the crucifiction elect or not? as for the prayer after the last supper, i explained: it refers strictly to the disciples who were about to be send out.

@florinu123 I said that JESUS SAID that He doesn't pray for the world. I said what HE said; it's in the scriptures. As for Jesus praying for the soldiers and forgiving them then they are elect as they are forgiven. The world is those who are not forgiven and chosen for salvation by God. Had Jesus forgiven every sinner that was alive at that time then every sinner would have been saved.

@jinkyfc ye, God so loved worldly people that He gave His Son, so that everyone believing, every one who believes, would have eternal life - it doesnt necessarily speak about everyone. as scary as that sounds. the Gospel is fearful -the idea that some people will go to hell is fearful. look up Proverbs 16:4
