I am just watching this movie these days and this is the first movie I never ever skip anything scene. Also I hate this movie because its get from me so much tears haha. I always love B&J. I hope they have next season for it.
I can't believe the conservative guy who called the show "a disservice to youth". I'm willing to bet this show has helped a huge number of young gay men, as well as making others more open minded and tolerant to the gay community.

Please Britin fans, make this dream a reality :)
What makes me kinda sad is I read that Randy didn't like doing QAF very much. That hurt me! But I think it's because he fell in love with Gale, but Gale was straight...

And he also said that Gale and Randy were definitely in a relationship on qaf from season 1 to 3.
Straight or not I loved this show I have it on my laptop and keep watching it over and over. No matter how many times I watch some of the episodes its still fun no matter what.

This show had such a profound effect on me. I didn't even watch it when it was on Showtime, but I watched every episode online and I actually just watched the last episode yesterday. I'm so sad that it's not on anymore, I'm actually tearing up a little watching this, lol. I feel like such an emotional twat but no show or movie has ever resonated with me like this one. I felt like I related to every relationship on it.

I love how it finished after 5 seasons... just perfect timing.
Admitedly, it was a very confronting show to begin with and what made me fall in love with it was that when all the graphic sex scenes died down, the amazing story came into the front. I think the producers did well to use sex as a foot into the door then let the rest just fall into place. If you've watched all the series you'll remember the story and if not, you still won't forget it.
Queer As Folk is easily my favourite show. I don't actually watch much TV, and I watched the original British version when it first aired here in the UK but you Americans made it so much better. I lived in France for a while and I went off the rails, I'm gay with many issues, and I watched QAF USA and it just lifted my spirits completely. I actually shed a tear when I watched the final episode of QAF.
def needed a show like this, def did a tremendous job on picking the cast! very realistic and great on grabbing a lot to all aspects of what a lot of gay people, gay relationships, gay friends, straight and gay friends, activities, ect. Def a show that deserves all the awards and so much more!
Some stuff will always bug me though like Brian not really getting much character development though I still love the guy. Emmett had some horrible storylines but the show really did something that we probably won't see in a long time unfortunately. Season 5 could've been much better but I suppose the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Though I think the show could've gone to season 6. :(

you know... i really dont like how being gay is this taboo that is frowned upon as like murdure or terrorism. its like, nobody's gonna sell puppies to a gay guy because they think that he's gonna rape them. a real-estate agent is going to make it as hard as possible for a gay to get a house because he/she doesnt want the neighbors being mad at her. a gay wont be accepted in pta, a church, or a day care center simply because of the stereotypes. and to be honest im pretty much sick of it.
i feel sad not just because i finnished seeing all the episodes but also because of seeing "Queer as folk saying goodbye". It's very sad, at the beginning; after, instead of making you sad or even cry because, we all now, "saying goodbye" is a vert heartbreaking moment in our lives, it makes you wanna see it again. These is more like a trailer for the series, a tester of, posibly, the best LGBT tv-series ever in history of television. I'm proud that i got the chance to see it !

I just discovered this show not more than a few weeks ago. And loved the first few episodes i got to see but then my grandparents saw one of the more explicit scenes and title..now i can no longer record or watch the repeats cause apparently shows like these screw with your head!

love how it is said that randy scared us all but he should scare us. I so agree he was so brave for being gay and having to act out the episode about his beatng. that had to be extremely tough. he is such a goodactor. very powerful and really held his own with ale harold. gale had to be pretty impressed with him.
with 100% honesty, i remember the 1st episode and day this came out...and i was 8 years old watching this show not understanding anything, and i followed it all the way through til season 5 and it was hard to watch it go..and i couldn't believe how they ended it..i cried.

you know... i really dont like how being gay is this taboo that is frowned upon as like murdure or terrorism. its like, nobody's gonna sell puppies to a gay guy because they think that he's gonna rape them. a real-estate agent is going to make it as hard as possible for a gay to get a house because he/she doesnt want the neighbors being mad at her. a gay wont be accepted in pta, a church, or a day care center simply because of the stereotypes. and to be honest im pretty much sick of it.

i feel sad not just because i finnished seeing all the episodes but also because of seeing "Queer as folk saying goodbye". It's very sad, at the beginning; after, instead of making you sad or even cry because, we all now, "saying goodbye" is a vert heartbreaking moment in our lives, it makes you wanna see it again. These is more like a trailer for the series, a tester of, posibly, the best LGBT tv-series ever in history of television. I'm proud that i got the chance to see it !

I just discovered this show not more than a few weeks ago. And loved the first few episodes i got to see but then my grandparents saw one of the more explicit scenes and title..now i can no longer record or watch the repeats cause apparently shows like these screw with your head!

jesus. i bought the new qaf box edition with all the seasons and i wanted juicy extras so baaad. they told me it was better that way so i did it and now i have few unless extras -.- gaaaah thank you for uploading these, though. and..i might ask you or someone else of u guys what box edition had the most complete and great extras?? =/

Sharon Gless is amazing. She was great in Cagney and Lacey and is just as good in Burn Notice as she was in QAF... (with another "Michael" as her son)

love how it is said that randy scared us all but he should scare us. I so agree he was so brave for being gay and having to act out the episode about his beatng. that had to be extremely tough. he is such a goodactor. very powerful and really held his own with ale harold. gale had to be pretty impressed with him.

with 100% honesty, i remember the 1st episode and day this came out...and i was 8 years old watching this show not understanding anything, and i followed it all the way through til season 5 and it was hard to watch it go..and i couldn't believe how they ended it..i cried.
