My step mom works at Bluegrass Domestic Violence Center which is for women abused by their husband or what ever. And this lady told me and she said "I spent hundreds of dollars on make up to cover up the bruises and scratches. And no matter how many layers of make up I used the pain never seemed to go away. Emotionally and physically." and she said after they split that she could always just imagine and feel his punches. )): Sad stuff.

Anyways, society DOESN'T take care of women or men that get battered. Society is not equal.
