Hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.
WHY do people do this? Carrie Fisher DOES NOT LOOK like Carrie Fisher. What a sad, sad thing to happen. Weight loss good...total face makeover, very, very, very bad.
Has she also had like a face transplant? She looks nothing like herself. At least when she was fat she still looked like Carrie Fisher!!!!! So diet and a trip to the surgeon then. Maybe a little lipo too huh?
Whoah! Incredible & inspiring! Im a guy and going through hell in my life and have hit rock bottom. WIth drugs, pills, alcohol and food, I finally seen it was killing me. I don't know how or what IM going to do into this next stage of my life but I know Im not doing it the way Iv been doing it the last 20 years! I hate drugs/alcohol and will never touch that again! But food? Fried chicken w gravy and potatoes?Cheeseburgers and onion rings,Spumoni ice cream? Man! I don't know how-but I have to!
@MDC01FLY Its easy once you get started. There are other foods to replace the bad ones/ Once you start down the road it just gets easier and easier. Good luck.
