Not to mention the attitude of the crew.

On the next flight the lady next to me did not find space for her cabin luggage in teh overhead bins and asked the cabin crew for help. The response was 'thats not my problem' This was flight QR 228. This is 5 star crappy service. These were only some of the instances on this one round trip. Beware and stay away!!!

I have just returned from a round trip on qatar airways and it was the worst service ever. None of what is show in this video was available. I flew LHR-DOH-BLR and return - thats 4 flights.

Take off 7.55 am from LHR we were served breakfast and then one roll for lunch at 3pm. The flight landed Doha at 16:40. This is pathetic.

They did not have an eye mask to help me sleep - the reply from the cabin crew - 'we dont have these amenities on board. I'll see if we have any left overs'

When i went we had to hold at the Taxi way for 30 minutes!! was an A340 excellent trip i didnt midn the wait at all, excellent pilots

I fly with Qatar in a couple of days, their check in baggage allowance is confusing though on the ticket it states 20kg yet when I rang them to confirm my seat they say 30kg ??

Economy and we definately enjoyed flying them:) Transfers are easy too at Doha. Its spacious on the 1st floor with plenty of seating space (ground floor seating was bit busy), and there's even a FREE internet cafe courtesy of Samsung (also on 1st floor).
