You could release this, you just couldn't use their levels/storyline and you couldn't sell it. Really an awesome game engine, it employs all of the tricks one would use for a somewhat constrained platform. Too bad you're relying on mostly 3rd party stuff, that would cause licensing issues.

WOW! Very impressive! How is that Apache able to run that so well? lol! Halo requires like a 32MB graphics card, but Microsoft take out some graphics off of Halo so that can play it? And the Assault rifle sort of sounded like the chain gunner in the back of a hog during the beginning.
