@Hornz ammonia salt. It is used to wake up unconscious people, or in this case bring the central nervous system to full alertness and get freakin AMPED !
What a pussy.......he couldn't even lock it out........and I though you were supposed to be strong or something.....what a joke..........Before you or anyone jump all over me........this was complete sarcasm..........you and Mike Mahler are my two greatest inspirations when it comes to lifting and the whole strength game......Pavel Tsatsouline too.....that guy is one crazy russian........anyway, Im sure you hear it all the time, but thanks for being you and inspiring us all.

glad to see you make the move to powerlifting. Much more enjoyable then bodybuilding, at least that's what i found when i made the switch. maybe back to bodybuilding later?
Sick pull, I think if your toes were a little more out on your 711lb deadlift and your legs a little narrower, like you had them on the 700 you would have had and smoked that lift. Great speed and explosive strength and hook grip is always impressive. GREAT FUCKING STUFF!
congrats. am i correct in saying that you used to be much slower off the floor and the speed we're seeing off the the floor in recent months reflects mostly the deficit deads and other techniques you used to work on that area? def seems to be a big improvement and curious what u attribute it to.
Layne, those are some huge numbers. Congratulations. You are an inspiration to bodybuilders and powerlifters alike and give me motivation each time I step foot in the gym. Thanks you, and, again, congratulations on the new numbers.
daaaaaaaamn i need some of your playlists !!! such a boost for workouts

@Hornz I think smelling salts. It's what people use if someone is unconscious to bring them back to consciousness.
