@metube11223344 hey what helped me was to grab on to something up to my torso area, not too high though, then just hold on to the object, and dont move and just keep on trying until you get it, then try on the grass so it doesnt hurt when you fall, or carpet, then try on concrete, that helped me, ask me more if you need help

Everytime i try a kickflip, I land before the board or with my legs either side of the board.

I CANT jump any higher but i can sometimes land 1-footed...but my back foot doesnt even leave the floor.

the problem is that u need to look at the trick like an ollie.

A thing that worked for me is jumping without the skate... like, straighting your legs up after the skate get off the ground higher than you can. Then it can flips freely and you have more time to find the skate and put your feet on it.
