dont get defence at all. if u do decide to get defence (which i strongly discourage), then get 42 for void or 45 for veng + torso.

no matter what u do, dont stop at 20 defence... it blows... hard...

it's almost like having no defence at all. only good thing is that u have prayer bonus.

Once you get def there is no going back think it over carefully. I would recommend staying as low as possible but its not for everyone.

BUt if you do get 45 defence do quests for defence exp make sure you do defender of varrock for ancient curses, fremmy isles and those quest for veng, dragon slayer, heros, and ledgends for barrow gloves.

i got 6 def on my pure too- so after i stopped crying i decided to get 10 def which was a very good choice. im very close to getting the slayer hem and i can wear some nice things that go with 10 def( black mask, trimmed black, white arm, etc) 10 def was worth it
