Loved this song. I was really into the whole Christian music scene in the mid 80's, but have to admit the Archers were a bit of an enigma to me. I dug this infectious song and "Through His Eyes of Love", but as for the rest of their body of work, I'm pretty clueles. I know they were huge in some circles, but for whatever reason largely flew under my radar.
Hilarious; so '80s. I really loved the Archers when I was a young Christian; used to watch them on "The Ross Bagley Show" which aired on CBN during those years. I doubt anyone out there knows the answer to this but the young lady who comes out of the dry cleaners at the 1:58 mark, she looks exactly like an old college friend from Liberty University. Her name was Tina Ellenburg and she might have been on the Liberty Singers at the time. If anyone else knew her, see if you can confirm.
Steve Archer had some of the Best songs with "I'll Do My Best", "Living in the Hands", and of course "Through the Eyes of Love". Just beautiful, and they remind me of my early years as a Christian and a much simpler time. Thanks for posting this. God Bless!
Left sound channel is missing. It gives only digital noise caused by low bitrate. It sounds weird with headphones. Anyway interesting to see this video. In Europe no channel ever have showed these..
"ZOMBIE" SICKNESS IS REAL. Scientists in the U.S. Department of Defense created AIDS virus for "population control" murder. Also abortion (killing babies) was brainwashed into people for "population control" murder. Watch the documentary DEATH IN THE AIR also read House Bill 15090. And then there is the threat from Jihad.
I'm certain my roomie got tired of hearing me play this song over and over during our 1986 spring semester at ORU- It so resonated with me then and still does to this very day- I believe it sends a message of the way we should set an example for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I love you Jesus!!
As much as I wanted to laugh; I like the music.
Just not the content therein.

There's no doubt in my mind that the makers of this music video were practicing what they preached. And for that, they have my full respect.
